About MIAO

MIAO is a professional creative living and working in Brooklyn, NY. Her passion lies in doing: when she's not managing project timelines for her day job, she's making short films or curating newsletters with friends, rescuing street cats, learning a new skill, shooting photos on 35mm, curating killer Spotify playlists, and exploring the world. ​​
MIAO currently works for NYU Stern's Berkley Center for Entrepreneurship, where she supports the team with operations, event production, and marketing. MIAO previously worked as a Marketing Production Manager for B&A Reps, where she coordinated with stakeholders to establish and run project timelines for the agency's marketing initiatives, including social content production, targeted B2B email marketing, the creation of company merch, and preparation for industry trade shows. Before that, MIAO has bee a private tutor, academic assistant, science writer, content creator, social media manager, and film intern. MIAO has also worked in retail, food service, hospitality, organic farming, and child care. The breadth of her experience gives her a unique ability to approach situations from multiple perspectives with a no-job-too-small (or too messy) attitude.
MIAO graduated with High Honors from New York University with a BA in Spanish and minors in Creative Writing and Producing.
